Heiko S. Juerges
President & CEO
Heiko Juerges has more than 18 years experience in IT and Leadership. He began his career as a Master Sergeant, responsible for a platoon of 65 soldiers and a large equipment budget. He also acted as an IT Consultant for the Army Base and helped to develop and maintain the computer connection and information systems for his Army Division.
Heiko moved to New York after his time in the Army, where he was an independent ASP- Web designer and a IT Helpdesk Supervisor for a broadcasting company.
He returned to Germany and began working for H&D Datentechnik Gmbh as an IT technician in the research and development center of Volkswagen. He rose through the organization, becoming a Team Leader, Project Manager, finally becoming Head of the Department for Shopfloor and IT Client Services at Höngsberg and Düvel for Volkswagen in Germany. Overall, he has more than 10 years experience in the IT Automotive sector.
His role at H&D is the overall responsi
bility for the US Headquarters for H&D Corporation. Heiko is a proud Member of the Chattanooga Leadership Program 2010 – 2011, and looks forward to bringing his intercultural knowledge to the greater Chattanooga area.

Claudia Raabe
Vice President & CFO
As a key member of the Executive Management team, Ms. Raabe as the Chief Financial Officer assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Her day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company allows her to show the best interest for H&D. Her job as the CFO is to provide both operational and programmatic support to H&D. Due to her 3 year experience with H&D in Germany Ms. Raabe transfers easily the spirit and culture of H&D between both sides of the Atlantic.
Ms. Raabe has a master’s degree in Politics and Management from the Universität Konstanz in Germany and did some European Studies at the University of Malta. Her experience of working in different countries like Germany, Belgium or Malta even for a short time allows her to adapt to the American circumstances very smoothly.

Brandon S. Miller
Business Development Manager
Brandon Miller loves business. He feels very fortunate that his area of expertise lies in the field of Information Technology. As a result, he has had the privilege of getting to know many different companies, what challenges they face, and how they succeed. As a consultant for some of the top IT firms in Chattanooga, Brandon has worked with many local companies and is bringing that experience to H&D.
He has a strong background beginning with a BSBA from Tennessee Technological University along with professional certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, EC Council, Cisco, VMware, EMC, and the Paul Eckman Group. In addition, Brandon is a graduate of Falcon Performance Sales Training along with generous amounts of self study in several related areas.

Brandon has lived in Chattanooga for 8 years. He met his wife Kristen here and is blessed to have two beautiful children, Vivian and Evan. Brandon believes in Chattanooga and as an active member of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Chattanooga Technology Council, he is very excited to see the Scenic City grow and prosper.
